THE MISSION of Kansas Citizens for the Arts is to provide leadership in promoting the interests of the citizens of Kansas in advocacy, funding, and education for the arts.
 
GOALS
  • Strong base of public/private financial support for the arts
  • Effective grassroots citizen support for the arts through a statewide communication network
  • Lifelong access and education in and through the arts for all Kansas citizens
STRATEGIES provide a consistent advocacy voice that works for Kansas Arts.
  • Establish an effective, proactive advocacy effort on the state level.
  • Increase and improve citizen advocacy through an ongoing public awareness campaign.
  • Access useful research that addresses learning effects and quality of life.
  • Strive for continuous growth by working in concert with arts, education and social service organizations in the state.
